How do credits work?
Each AI beauty transformation uses 1 credit. New users receive 3 free credits to try the app. You can purchase additional credits through in-app purchases. Credits never expire and are tied to your account.
How do I get more credits?
You can purchase credit packs directly in the app. We offer packages of 5, 15, 40, and 100 credits at various price points. Larger packages offer better value per credit.
Are my photos stored on your servers?
Your original photos are temporarily uploaded for AI processing and are deleted immediately after the transformation is complete. Generated images are stored in your account until you choose to delete them.
Can I get a refund for credits?
Credit purchases are non-refundable as per Apple's App Store policies. If you experience technical issues preventing credit use, please contact our support team.
Why did my generation fail?
Generations may fail due to network issues, server load, or if the photo doesn't meet quality requirements. If a generation fails, your credit will not be deducted. Try again with a clear, well-lit photo.
What photo quality works best?
For best results, use well-lit photos with your face clearly visible. Front-facing portraits work best. Avoid photos with heavy filters, extreme angles, or poor lighting.
Can I use Kkul for commercial purposes?
Kkul is designed for personal use. Generated images should not be used for commercial purposes without explicit permission. Always disclose that images are AI-generated when sharing.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all associated data, please contact support@kkulbeauty.app. We will process your request within 30 days.
